As I travel I see a lot of dead churches. Churches that could do something for God but they are fine with the 4 or 7 they have. These churches are not looking to live, they are waiting to die.

Some churches are truly looking for pastors others are just looking for someone to fill the pulpit each Sunday.

Every church needs a shepherd and every shepherd needs a church.

When Jesus comes back will He find you sitting or serving? Will he find a true heart or a fake one?

If you have a pastor thank God for him. If you have a preacher leave that church and find a church that has a pastor. You say that is mean. It's the truth. There is a huge difference between a Pastor and a Preacher.
