Is There Anything New Today? Yes, His Mercy!

Have you ever heard the phrase, Know anything new today? Have you ever answered, his mercy?

As I was reading my daily Bible reading i read these two verses. Wow, what a great reminder to know that his mercies are new every morning.

Mercy is not receiving punishment when we deserve it. Every day you and I wake up we experience the new mercies of the Savior. Why is this? Because he is Faithful and great is his faithfulness to us.

Many say that they can not find anything good in today's day and age. In the midst of a day or heartache and sadness remember his mercies are new every morning.

He is the same yesterday today and forever. His mercy endureth forever. (There are 41 verses that say this exact phrase)

Gods mercy is great and I am thankful I live in the mercy of God. Does that mean that I can sin whenever and however I want to? No, but rather when I sin, not that I want to, I have mercy the Savior because he sprinkled his blood on the mercy seat and it is a reminder that I have mercy with the Father.

The songwriter said mercy there was great and grace was free, pardon there was multiplied to me. There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary!

Mercy there was great and let me state that the mercy is still great and will always be great.

Did you know that we will continue to experience the mercy of God in Heaven?

If it wasn't for the mercy of God we would not be there so it is the mercy of God that will keep us there forever. Hallelujah!

Daily I receive mercy and daily I should give mercy. To whom much is given much is required!

April 9, 2003 i called on the name of the Lord and asked him to forgive my sin and to save me. It was something i could not do but he could. I realized I was a sinner headed to a devils hell and needed to be saved. I heard my prayer that day and I am thankful that I am a new creature. What about you friend? Are you born again? You are experiencing the mercy and grace of God everyday whether you know it or not. May we truly share the mercy that has been given to us with those around us.

I want to encourage you to share with someone when you got born again.

Lamentations 3:22-23 KJV
It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. [23] They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Abraham and Isaac and the ram are great pictures of God the Father, us, and our Savior. Jesus was lifted up on Mount Calvary.
