Well, That Didn't Work What Do I Do Now?

Have you ever tried something, and it didn't work? Have you ever failed over and over again? There are some lessons to be learned in life about failure.

We all have had times to where we have failed or something didn't work out as we thought it would.

There are many different reasons why things do not work out, but we must remember that all things work together for good to them that love God....

I remember praying for something that I felt like was what I needed to do, and I was excited about it, yet the Lord didn't see it best for me, so He closed the door. While that door closed, another opened. We must remember that closed doors lead to open ones.

Have you ever worked on something and it failed? We all have, and we get frustrated because it didn't work like we wanted it to.

What do you do when things fail through?

Here are some thoughts

1. Learn from failure, but don't let failure learn you.

Just because you fail doesn't mean failure should follow you around all the time. You may have to make some adjustments and some changes, but your life shouldn't be about failure but rather you moving forward

2. Remember, standing still is not moving forward

I've heard I am waiting for God to do something in my life. Well, while you are waiting, why don't you do what waiters do best, and that's serve?

Many wait and not do anything until God calls them to something important, but friend, if you are not doing the small stuff, then God can not give you greater things. Matthew 25

3. Always seek to glorify God and not yourself

How many of us brag on what we can do or what we have done?

Life isn't about what you can do but rather what Christ can do for you. Galatians 2:20

Living the crucified life is what God calls us to do. How many of us truly crucify the flesh daily? Paul said I die daily. We must die to self, will, and die to useless things in this world.

Keep going for Jesus.
