The Work Gets Done Quicker When Everyone Does Their Job!!!!
We all have a responsibility to get our job done. How is your job looking? Are you getting what needs to be accomplished done?
Our Fire-starter comes from Nehemiah 3. Our Fire-starter thought is The Work gets done quicker when everyone does their job.
One thing I dislike is having to do someone else's work sometimes. If it is an easy task then i will take it but if it is a hard task they can keep it. In our text we find that they are working to build the wall and everyone has a task to do. My friends, I cannot do what God has called you to do and you cannot do what God has called me to do but we can both share the true gospel with others.
I can't stand it when I hear excuses for why this person or that person will not do something when they have been called to do the same thing but they expect it to only be when convenient for them.
Everyone had a job to do and that is their job. You should not have to do someone else's work unless they are just plain lazy!!!
I can't pray for someone but I can come alongside and pray with someone. I can't expect to get the things God has called me to do if I am always bound by the things that man has given me to do.
These people were working for one main goal and that was to build the wall. Let me ask you this morning, Are you doing your part to build the wall of faith?
Are you finding yourself in other people's matters when you must stay in your lane?
You do not find where they said well, I want to do that instead of this. No! They were given a task and they did the task.
May God help us to do our calling with respect, and no regret!!!!
God help you and me to be builders instead of hinderers in the Lord's work. If everyone showed up for soul-winning we could accomplish more. If everyone was faithful like others are then we could see a mighty revival. If everyone stood firm on the truth then we could see God do something great.
When Everyone is doing their job then the work would be done quicker!!!
Have a great day!!!!
