If my math is correct Every second 2 people die. That means in one minute 120 people have died in 1 hour 7,200 people have died. In one day 180,000 people die. 

You may ask, why I am giving you all these figures this morning.

With this being said we lose alot of people in our churches day in and day out. Something that has been on my heart and mind is that when people leave the church or even walk away from the faith it hurts. 

That is one less person trying to live holy, that may be one less family that could invite someone. That could mean one less preacher or Sunday school teacher could be called. 

When someone dies yes it is one less person but can I remind us this morning why we should be faithful?

If you quit that is one less person giving the gospel out. That is one less person reading the Bible and praying, that is one less person that is not going to church. 

And one less person means there is a generation that will grow up without these things. 

May we never be the one less person
