What if we spent every Wednesday night praying for a month? No preaching, no singing just praying! After all we call it Prayer meeting but yet we spend the majority of the time singing, giving announcements, preaching and then we have 10 minutes towards the end of the hour service for praying. What if we would earnestly pray and pray and pray till we heard from Heaven? I ask you this because sin is piling up and we take time to pray over those that are sick physically but what about us as the church that is cold hearted, dead, and need reviving again?

What about asking God to heal our land by confessing our sins and the sins of the past Generations?

You say we can't do nothing about the past, read Nehemiah 1:6. The problem is we have too many that are willing to forget the faults of the past but we should be asking God to forgive the faults of the past.

I am thankful 1 John 1:9 is in the Bible but we must do as the Bible commands.

"Without Confession there is no restoration."

May God give us a burden to have prayer meetings instead of preaching meetings.
