What a wonderful time we are having in revival this week. God has spoken to my heart each service.
Last night, the preacher encouraged us from the Word of God in James 1.
One thing I must admit is that I get busy sometimes and don't spend as much time in the Word of God as I need to. Can you say the same?
Reasons why we must spend time in God's word
1. Keeps us from sin Psalm 119:11
2. It's pure Psalm 12:6-7; Proverbs 30:5
3. It's inspired 2 Timothy 3:16
4. It's truth John 17:17
5. It's alive Hebrews 4:12
Next time you read the Word of God, consider these 5 things.
