Encourage The Pastor, Encourage The Church

Something I have learned in the ministry, and I am glad I learned it early and not late, is when you encourage a pastor, you encourage a church.

How to encourage your Pastor.

1. Show up 30 minutes early for church

2. Have your Bible in hand not in the phone

3. Be prayed up

4. Be a blessing to other believers

5. Find some way to serve

6. Stay faithful

7. Don't be the grinch at the church

8. Give (not just money but time and talents)

9. Look for opportunities

10. Just be you!!!!

We like to impress people when we come to church the only person that needs to be impressed with your life is the Savior. What do I mean by this? We are called to be more like Christ and when you and I try to please man we will find things that pleases man.
